Carol Hollander

Executive Director

 

Carol's journey is one that reflects her deep-rooted connection to both her community and her commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others. Having made Florida her home since 1974 and Naples since 1998, she considers herself a native of the Sunshine State.

 

With a professional career spanning numerous years with executive roles in the mortgage industry and a spirit of volunteerism, she found herself drawn to the mission of nonprofit organizations. The past decade of Carol's life has been devoted to serving as support within a homeless shelter, where her dedication provided individuals with the guidance they needed.

 

In the summer of 2014, Carol took on the role of a volunteer case manager at Providence House. This transition marked the turning point at which her devotion intersected with her leadership record. Over time, her impact led to the position of Executive Director - a testament to her commitment and capacity to lead with empathy and purpose.

 

Carol's passion is grounded in her advocacy for women. She works to instill a sense of hope and empowerment in women, as she champions the idea that every individual holds immeasurable value and potential.

 

Over the years, her compassion has led her to lend a helping hand to various organizations, ranging from animal rescue initiatives to hospice care. Her commitment to diverse causes is a testament to her heart and her belief in the capacity of people to make the world a better place.
